    Grading is a subjective matter, it's depending on the individual who sees the banknote. My opinion that this note is in Uncirculated condition
    What you will have might have different serial number or prefix,  we will confirm the note that you will have prior to the shipment
    Ebay standard envelope is a new program from Ebay. Because it's REALLY NEW !!! It might not be scan all the way, but it's shipping to your residence. This is happening because not all the USPS staff aware of this NEW WAY OF SHIPPING!!!
