this model has the roll chart, and it works great, but also includes a paper copy, and manual. this is a great tester, i just rarely use it anymore. comes as shown missing some knob ends, these can be bought on ebay, but only for looks, switches work fine without them. this is working good, but it is vintage electronics and sold as is. i will have fedex fragile pack, so it will arrive safe.
