    Romano-Celtic Goddess Epona sits sidesaddle upon Her Mare, Her hand raised in either blessing or, to borrow from Buddhism, the mudra of "no fear"; & is accompanied by Her foal. This large taupe brown gypsum stone statuette is 8x8x2.5" and weighs over 2lb. A Goddess of Fertility, she was syncretized with the Goddess Rhiannon in later Celtic mythography.
