Description

I pugged in and got to light up and turn needle into several ranges but inserted tub did not turned on as seen on photographs.
"SHORT" LED turns on and off as seen on photographs
I assume it is working but I do not any better about this tester, no guaranties
It comes with guide sheet glued to inside of box lid
Sold As-Is No Returns.
I can not risk this vintage tester to be used for parts and return as defective.
