    Description

    Liberia Scott # C67a, Issued in 1950.  MNH imperf  and imperf and perforate with UPU SPECIMEN JUBILEE Overprint.  Of course the control number will be different on each SS.  The issued SS HINGED has a CV, the specimen is much scarcer and the perforated is scarcer than the imperf for the specimen.
