    Liberia Scott # O98-110, Issued in 1918  Complete Set.   Cancellations and centering will vary on each set.  Please note this set is notorious for poor centering, particularly on the higher values 75 Cents to stamps.  All designs will be clear of the perfs.
    I will no longer ship to the Russian Federation, Italy, Romania, Vietnam or Thailand without registered mail.  Shipment to some other countries for orders totaling over .00 may require registered mail for an additional .50, please inquire before bidding if this is an issue.
