Switches and dials/knobs function mechanically through designed range of motion
Supplementary Tube Data sheets - Dated 5-60
Tube Cap wire brittle and insulation broken see pic - Hard wired into tester- Should be replaced
Case scuffed - See pics -  Latches and hinges present and functional
Power cord two prong in decent shape - Should be replaced with 3 prong
No attempt was made to examine internal components
This tester should be re-capped before regular use.  Do not regard it as ready for service in its present condition
Excellent candidate for restoration/calibration

Notice small scratch near Scroll Wheel.
Small tags attached at bottom of scroll window indicating range of tube numbers in that window.
Those tags were put there by a user to assist in finding tube data with minimum scrolling
