    NRI Professional Model 311 Capacitor Tester
    I purchased this unit 5-6 years ago and never used it until I took pics of it working. It was rebuilt by a very good reputable seller on here and comes with EICO instructions with his original sticky notes on the front. I remember when I purchased it, he said he rebuilt it and it has a new electron ray tube in it so it should be a good tester for anyone interested. It tests capacitors and also does resistance tests. If anyone interested wants to know who rebuilt it, send me a message and I will give it to you. I'm sure he remembers it. It is as I received it w/o leads. I used a 10Ω Dale resistor and an .325mf +/- 1% Arco capacitor to test for pics.
