This curious Pikachu with glasses and a coat plush was part of the 2018 Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu & Eeevee campaign. It was only available at Pokemon Center stores in Japan during november 2018 for a very limited quantity.
Like new. Great quality. I will include a bunch of random Pokemon stickers as a gift!
There's a phone in the picture (5 inches) to give you a better idea of the size.
