Made in Austria.
As far as I know this model was manufactured from 1946 until late 1950s or 1960s. Primary users were the military.
The tester comes in very convenient hard leather suitcase.
Size: 49 x 33 x 19 cm = 19.3 x 13 x 7.5 inch
Weight: ~14 kg ~ 30 lbs
The set includes:
- Factory cable. The cable seems to be the actual cable used in the earlier models from 1940s/1950s. It is in excellent condition, still flexible and with good insulation. And of course, it is working perfectly fine.
- Factory Data book (in German) with the full list of tubes that the tester accepts for testing. All but a few pages are in excellent condition. I believe it includes almost all European-made and US-made tube types manufactured before 1950.
- Two side straps to keep the lid semi-open at about 90-110 degrees.
Each of these accessories is in very good condition, probably meaning that the tube tester was not used too much.
The tester has 13 different sockets, most of these sockets are for pre-WW2 vacuum tubes.
Condition: Considering its age (~70-80 years) it seems in very good condition.
Detailed visual inspection and Power on tests were performed.
All switches are in perfect working order. Gauges are working too, albeit with a small twist. The main gauge has a very small part of the white paint peeled off and sometimes it prevents the needle to return to zero position - the exact situation is shown on the photos. Otherwise, the needle is working perfectly fine.
Full test - by testing vacuum tubes was not performed, due to lack of suitable tubes and difficulty with understanding the exact testing procedures (
how to use it
).
Although the tube tester appears to be in good working condition, I am selling it as "for spare parts" because I am not able to fully test it. (Not at the present moment.)

DHL, FedEx or UPS shipment may be arranged too. In this case I would prefer if you have a customer number in the particular courier service.

destinations (North and South America, Asia, Africa, etc.): 12...25 days
EXCEPTIONS:
1. ITALIAN customers, please be more patient. For unknown reasons deliveries to Italy usually take longer than to the rest of Europe, i.e. 12...16 days.
2. Good news for AUSTRALIAN customers, usually shipment to Australia is pretty fast, it takes no more than 8...12 days.
If a buyer purchases several items I will combine the shipment to reduce shipment costs. In this case please wait to receive the final invoice with the combined shipment cost
