This is a handmade custom-made replacement test lead for many models of Hickok
COMMERCIAL
tube testers,
including
532, 533, 539A/B/C, 600, 600A, 750, 752
,
800, 800A,
and others.
It is needed to test tubes with a top cap for the grid or plate connection.
The plug is 3/32” dia.
(.0938").
(This is a proprietary plug and jack).
It is same size as the pins of an octal tube.
It DOES NOT fit most MILITARY testers, including the TV-7A/U, TV7B/U, and TV-7D/U testers, or the TV-10 series. These testers use use a smaller .080"plug (approx. 5/64”),
also known as
a "tip plug".

The alligator clip fits
all sizes
of tube caps, including large caps on 811's, 572B's, etc.
The cable is high quality
Belden
18 Gauge
, very flexible, finely stranded rubber insulated test prod wire rated for 5kV.  The clip is made by
Mueller
, and has a vinyl insulator.
The leads are 10" long, which should fit any tester.
