It's hard to get a good analog meter to the tv-7 tube tester.
This digital one (plastic case) is a left over when i built a replacement one for my tube tester.
Its calibrate to meeting the original spec, 200ua, 2365 ohm.
2365 x 200= 0.473V see picture.
