*** I recently purchased a lot from a retired radio and TV repair man this was in there, but I do not have the knowledge to be able to test it and confirm that it’s operating 100% as it should I plugged it in and got the meter to actually move so I believe it is functioning. I just don’t know if it’s 100% complete as it should be again because I lack the knowledge to test it so therefore I am listing it for parts are repair only thank you for your interest if I can answer anything, I will do my best.
