vacuum electronic tube tester seco vintage large test tube

old vintage test tube tester looks like it will virtually test any size tubes from old radioes and tv sets...was told it works but i dont know how to use it.....i got tubes if somebody wants to tell me how to test it .....you can plug it in and test it when you come to pick it up.....very large in nature unable to ship....its like 2 foot and and just as tall...all knobs works..the scrolling paper things scrolls...possible the light on top might need some work...i have no bulb to fit it.......buying what you see....no shipping due to size...no shipping pickup only.....alos have prob 100 tubes or more some new in boxes all sizes..for the right prices will include them all...some listed on here...for more info or to tell me how this things works....9374230162
