    Description

    AUCTION ITEM:  Souvenir letter opener and small ruler from the Capitol Building in Washington, DC, a gift to me from the 60s or 70s
    MADE OF:  Brass 6" ruler with an image of the US Capitol carved on a material that looks like mother of pearl but could be plastic
    CONDITION:  Good used condition, could use a good cleaning
    MARKINGS:  Number 3 inside a shape on the back
    MEASUREMENTS:  Overall about 7-1/2" long, circle is 1-1/2"
