Vintage B & K CRT Cathode Rejuvenator Tester Model 400 untested. Condition is "For parts or not working". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
It comes as is untested but does power up. The leather on case has been removed. Plugs in and powers up. There is some of the cord is sticky. Like around the plug. Like residue that black electric tape leaves behind. See the wires it comes with and the attachment. Looks like the loose plug see pics. The plug has a removed pin. See pics any questions just ask.
