Vintage black rooster feathers fascinator - wired for wearing on hats in box

Description

Here is a vintage black rooster feather fascinator - decoration for wearing on a hat.  It is wired so it can be fastened or hooked.   It is in a vintage round plastic box with the name "Honeysuckle" on the lid.   It appears unused.   I am unsure if this is the original box for this item but this is as it was found at auction.   The vintage plastic box has some dirt and dimpling on the side.
