This is a vintage
Vintage HEATHKIT IT-5230 Picture Tube Restorer/Analyzer
I am not completely sure of the model number as the tag on the outside is worn and illegible and there is no model number anywhere else on the unit
Comes with several
different adapters for use with different CRT's
Has a brief instruction sheet on the inside of the lid, no other paperwork included.
This picture tube tester is in a smallish, compact blueish/ greenish color case with handle.
It is in fair shape cosmetically, pretty dirty and needs a good cleaning
.
I powered it up and the power light came on and when I pushed different buttons the meter on the left moved.
Someone cut the ground pin off the AC connector so you would need to replace the connector before you can use the tester.
I have not tested it any further than that and it is offered here as-is as found, being sold strictly for parts or restoration and not guaranteed to work
