    Description

    For sale is a Vintage HICKOK Mobile CB Tester AFCE 386 CB TESTER & MANUAL.  Powers up. Comes with wall pack and 12 volt DC (vehicle lighter plug). Hinge on case is broken.  Cable connections are set up for PL-259 and SO-239 connectors.  Manual has step-by-step instructions, board layouts and schematics. Selling for parts because it is vintage and I cannot guarantee.  See photos - tested with a walkie-talkie.
