The fine item you are considering is a Vintage Large Sears Silvetone Tube Tester & Display U-Test-It 1900. This amazing vintage Silvetone in-store tube tester measures a large 31” tall by 21” side to side and 19” front to back. The unit will need some work, as the front panel is a bit pushed in, some screws are missing and there are a few other issues, like a missing knob on the battery test section, it may be missing the front tray (looks like it may have had a tray for tubes) and such (see photos), but the unit is powering up with the red light lighting, the large meter moves a bit when I throw one of the large switches and the tube chart is scrolling. I have no idea if the testing function actually works. Also, the large tube in the display section on top has come loose from its old sticky-tape which once held it in place. Yes, it’ll need some work, but it’s still an amazing unit that would make an amazing display. Please see my photos to have a look at this nice item.
