    This color brochure is from Middleton Gardens, located at Middleton Place on the Ashley, near Charleston, South Carolina.  There is no date on this brochure, but it was
    acquired
    during trips my grandparents had taken in the late 1940's into the early 1950's.
    Slight discoloration on edges, from age.  There is a small hole through the brochure, where it was kept in a scrapbook.
    Otherwise it is in  good condition.
