Vintage Ostrich Feather Boa Moss Green for Fascinator Hat Bridal Costume 17”

For your consideration is a very pretty unused vintage moss green/dark olive ostrich feather boa length 17 inches long.
The feathers measure 4”-5” long and the piece weighs approx. .04oz/10g.
There are no tags and I am unsure how to determine the ply.
This is lot #10.
These feathers were part of my moms millinery inventory from the 1960-1970’s.
