Vintage Precision model 10-12 Vacuum Tube & Battery Tester for PARTS or REPAIR

This vintage Precision "Tube Master" tube and battery tester
comes
in good to very good overall cosmetic condition, with minor finish and handling wear to the metal face plate, finish wear, scratches, and minor soiling to the wooden case, and surface rust on the latches and handle hardware (see pictures).
NOTE: The meter is unresponsive (including in "line adjustment" mode).  Tubes do light up when installed in sockets.  The "neon" short/leakage test light and the red power indicator jewel light are functional.  Since the unit is only partially functional, it should be considered for PARTS or REPAIR.
The tester is model number 10-12, made by Precision Apparatus Co., Inc.
The tube specification roller chart is intact, and a supplement booklet is included.  The original operating instructions are also included.
The unit measures approximately 19" x 14" x 7-1/2".
