Vintage PRECISION Model 660 TUBE & TRANSISTOR TESTER, Powers Up, BEST OFFER!

From estate of an old electronics enthusiast. Nice looking
Precision model 660 “Tube and Transistor Tester, picture tubes and crystal diodes”
. Nice looking case. The unit turns on and powers up, as evidenced by the needle movement. The roll charts are missing from it, so I am unable to try to test anything because I don’t know the proper switch settings. I understand the manual and chart info can be found on the web. There are two leads on the right side by the power cord - a red and a black - the black one is missing its insulation and should be replaced. Red one looks fine. Good power cord. Has some extra leads and adapters with it including a
Precision G-140 Socket Adapter
. I have listed this as “For parts or not working” although it does power up - but that is the extent of any testing. I can tell you the insides are clean and the wiring looks very good (see picture).
