Vintage SUPREME Instruments  Model 599-A Vacuum Tube Tester For Parts or Repair
I do not know to much about this item. All I did was plug it in and I did not see anything light-up.
Has scratches, signs of use and surface marks. Missing one screw, 3 rubber feet and the leather strap is broken.
