    Description

    This is a vintage Sylvania tube checker, possibly 1950s. I put on a new cord, and the unit is in working condition. It will test the older type radio tubes includeing 4,5,6, 7, 8 pin, loctals and miniature tubes. It will not test the newer Compactron or other later tubes from the 1970s. This is a good unit to use when working on antique radios and vintage amplifiers.
