Vintage US Navy Hickok TV-3B/U Tube Tester

I plugged it and turned it on. Green light lit up.
From there I don’t know anything else.

The scroll only scrolls a little bit. Seems like an adjustment will be needed there.

I have not wiped this down or fussed with it. I will leave all that to the buyer.

There were a few items that were tucked away in the plug compartment as seen in pictures.
•
Handle stores flat. Cover shuts correctly and lever locks function perfect.
•
Great military piece of still usable history here.
