i have a vintage used heathkit TC-2 tube tester. it does power up, but will not test tubes, the needle seems to stick when powered up. the tester is in good shape, as is the outer case. comes with the manual and tube chart. will need a good going through to repair it. i am offering this tester for parts or repair only.
