Vintage HICKOK Model 533 Tube Tester. it powers up and tests tubes. how accurately? not accurately at all. the case is in decent shape, with just minor nicks and small tears in the naugahyde, all the knobs function as they should, the scroll chart works well. the faceplate of the tester will need a good cleaning up. i tested several 12ax7 tubes and several balloon tubes, 50's, 45's etc. etc. and none of the tubes tested correctly. hard tester to find these days, this tester will need to be gone through and more than likely new caps or whatever other part(s) it will need. and will then need to be recalibrated. big and heavy tester. the hinges are rusty but work. i am selling this tester in " as is " condition parts and repair only.
