    Not sure that these can be fixed up to be used, but I believe it may be possible.
    Great for a hanging decor piece
    Selling as is.
    No idea on age.  May be as early as the 30s
    These were my mother-in-laws that husband remembers her skating when he was very young.  Hubby was born in 1949.
    They didn't have a lot of money, so very possible they were 'used' and not new when she received them.
    Appears the toe protectors may have been a later addition to the skates, but really cannot say for sure.
