    This authentic vintage resin Chinese Foo Dog statue measures approximately H3" x W2" x D2.5". Excellent vintage condition with no discernable flaws. Acquired during an estate auction in May of 2021 along with a parcel of other Asian antiquities. Feng shui Fu Dogs or Imperial Guardian Lions are a strong feng shui protection symbol. Fu Dogs were traditionally placed in front of Imperial palaces, temples, and government offices. They were also a traditional feng shui symbol of family wealth and social status and were placed in front of wealthy homes.
